Community Activity
Community activities which include, but are not exclusive to, stable visits, race day meet ups and virtual events are sponsored by The Kindred Group (Unibet Racing). Their sponsorship covers my time and expenses for these events, as well as any marketing materials required.
#GoRacingGreen at Racecourses
If a racecourse wishes to become a #GoRacingGreen racecourse, this is currently not funded and is down to the individual racecourse to cover the associated costs. The current package can be viewed here.
Other Activities
#GoRacingGreen would like to do more to make racing inclusive, and I always have so many ideas to engage with the community as much as possible, now being a more important time than ever to reach out to people due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Loneliness and a downturn in people's mental health is understandably on the increase.
Therefore, the more funding and donations that the project receives, the more the initiative can reach out to people through horse racing, be that virtual events, competitions, through social media, one to one support and so much more.
